This is a part-time, on-site role as a House Cleaner based in Wilmington, NC. Primary responsibilities include performing regular and deep cleaning of residential and small business spaces, handling cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and completing detail-oriented housekeeping. The role requires adhering to company cleaning protocols and checklists, professionally communicating with clients, and ensuring satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

The House Cleaner may also be responsible for laundry tasks, short-term rental turnovers, and training new team members in cleaning procedures.

• Strong Organization Skills, with the ability to follow and implement detailed cleaning checklists.
• Has own transportation and flexible schedule
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally interact with clients and address their needs.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and the ability to manage related tasks efficiently.
• Capability to provide or participate in training to maintain high standards and support team development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a systematic and reliable manner.
• Previous cleaning experience or knowledge of cleaning practices preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
