Corvias is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to join our on-site team, handling day-to-day maintenance and repair across properties. You will perform janitorial, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
You will support turnover work, document tasks, and uphold safety standards in all activities. You must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in multi-family settings, be able to read English, and be available for after-hours work.
