Cleaning Associate

Homesense, part of the TJX Companies family, is hiring a Cleaning Associate to keep our off-price home fashions store clean, safe, and welcoming. In this fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you'll clean sales floors, restrooms, and backroom areas; sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash; sanitize high-touch surfaces; and restock supplies. You'll follow safety and chemical-handling guidelines while supporting a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Clean sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom areas to brand standards
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the store
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Empty trash and recycling and transport to designated areas
• Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies
• Follow safety, chemical handling, and OSHA guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety issues to store leadership
• Support a welcoming, customer-focused store environment
• Collaborate with store team to prioritize cleaning needs
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
