We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor / Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team.

Position Summary

The Janitor / Commercial Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of assigned commercial facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning procedures carefully, respects client property, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking fora flexible evening part-time work.

Responsibilities

The employee will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitizing offices, work areas, and common spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces, furniture, doors, and fixtures
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning break rooms, kitchens, and employee areas
• Cleaning entryways, lobbies, and common areas
• Spot‑cleaning walls, doors, glass, and other surfaces
• Following established cleaning checklists and schedules
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
• Placing wet‑floor signs and following workplace safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, spills, or safety concerns to management
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies in an orderly condition
• Completing assigned tasks within the scheduled time
• Maintaining professional conduct while working at client locations
• Protecting client confidentiality and respecting private information
• Performing other reasonable cleaning duties as assigned

Preferred:

• Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience
• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation procedures

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training may be provided to the right candidate.

Schedule

Monday–Wednesday-Friday

Part‑time hours will vary depending on the assigned client account. Available assignments may include:

• Afternoon cleaning
• Evening cleaning
• Short daily assignments
• Multiple commercial locations as business needs grow

Employees must be dependable and consistently available for their assigned schedule.

Compensation

$13 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and assigned location.

Opportunities for additional hours may become available as Call Source Emporium, LLC expands its commercial cleaning accounts.
