Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Process Maintenance Tech to support the delivery of their large-scale CAPEX project based near North Carolina. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

• Plans and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on Utility related equipment
• Assists with developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Evaluates and recommends new equipment purchases and upgrades
• Collaborates with other departments to identify and address cross-functional issues
• Manages vendor relationships and negotiates contracts for maintenance services and equipment purchases

• Knowledge of plant equipment and systems
• Ability to operate components and complete system maintenance with assistance
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to use root cause failure analysis tools for equipment reliability
• Knowledge of GMP requirements
• Ability to work in a team environment
