Maintenance Technician – Pharmaceutical Process Equipment

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician with experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing process equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background working on hot cells (preferred), isolators, containment systems, and automated production lines
. This role requires the ability to independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration activities in a GMP manufacturing environment.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair process equipment, including isolators, containment systems, hot cells (preferred), and production lines

• Execute equipment calibrations and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, instrumentation, sensors, and automated systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams to support equipment reliability and operational readiness.

• 3+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

• Experience supporting production/process equipment rather than only utilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Ability to work independently on shift, performing maintenance, repairs, and calibrations with minimal supervision.
• Experience with isolators, containment systems, or hot cells (preferred) and automated production equipment.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
