Peak Made Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance tasks at an apartment community, respond to service requests, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping grounds, buildings and systems in top condition.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year maintenance experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. EPA Type I/II certification is preferred, and you must reside within 30 miles of the property.
