Breakdown Coordinator

Full‑time position based in our Service Center. Work hours are Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 pm – 6:30 am, with the 3rd shift. Employee receives one week of vacation after 90 days of employment and a comprehensive benefits package, including access to company resorts.

• Answer breakdown calls and diagnose truck and trailer problems.
• Provide temporary repairs or, if repairs cannot be performed on site, arrange for repair service and bill the customer upon completion.
• Document service work and enter necessary information into service sheets and lease agreements.
• Operate forklift to complete sheet scans.
• Create work orders, obtain PO numbers, and process invoices.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

• At least 2 years of experience as a tractor/trailer mechanic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to volunteer for holiday work.
• Willingness to work overtime.
