- Responsibilities:
Perform routine HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and finishing, and maintenance on facilities, equipment, grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, etc.;
Service HVAC equipment through preventative maintenance schedules and maintenance cycles.;
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems per NEC guidelines.;
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems per local codes.;
Maintain clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors; escort vendors and assist with inventory; act as working team leader as needed.
