Hours: Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday 11PM to 7AM.
10% Shift Differential for working nights.

• Technician IV: Starting at $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience

• Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times
• Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads
• Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Production Management/Supervision, and/or Operators
• Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM)
• Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance checks
• Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift
• Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events
• Assists and participates with other plant projects as needed
• Operates in a manner that provides value to the team
• Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management

• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
• Proven experience working unassisted with and troubleshooting Electrical, Electronic, Motor Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
• Strong background in manufacturing systems in a dynamic fast‑paced environment
• Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus
• Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plus
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross‑functionally
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong mathematical skills; success in planning, executing and managing projects
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of audiences
• Must be self‑directed and motivated and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Advanced education and/or related certification(s), a plus

• Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by Timber Tech's Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
• Completion of two‑year Maintenance Certification course
• Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
• Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
