• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures, schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Professional and respectful when working around employees, visitors, and customers.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain cleaning supplies and replenish inventory as needed.
• Experience working in office, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks in an active work environment.
• Comfortable working in office, production, and common‑area settings.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, lobby areas, and walkways.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Clean tables, microwaves, chairs, and other shared workspace surfaces.
• Replenish paper products, utensils, napkins, and breakroom supplies as needed.
• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Empty and replace shop towels and maintain designated collection areas.
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces as needed, with all windows cleaned at least monthly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while following company procedures.
• Respect employee work areas and coordinate cleaning activities to minimize disruptions.
• Support overall facility appearance and cleanliness standards.
