** We are looking for a Groundskeeper with overall general knowledge of the principles and techniques of a variety of moderately complex trades.

* Key Responsibilities:

** The Groundskeeper will primarily be responsible for campus landscaping and horticultural activities, as well as light to moderate mechanical, plumbing, or building repairs and address work orders when needed.
** Management Preferences:
*** Must be skilled in the use and care of tools and equipment.
* The ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Basic knowledge of the application of trade skills to apply to the duties assigned, particularly landscaping/grounds keeping.
* Physical strength sufficient to move relatively heavy objects and to work performing heavy manual tasks for considerable periods of time.
