Planning & Scheduling

  • Maintain department 5S requirements.
  • Develop detailed maintenance plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective work orders.
  • Prioritize maintenance workorder based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
  • Coordinate planned shutdowns, outages and major repair activities.
  • Participate in daily production and maintenance meetings.
Workorder Management
  • Review and plan work requests within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Track work order progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Generate PM workorder and schedule task for maintenance personnel and contractors.
  • Populate spreadsheets, databases, forms and other necessary documents as needed by the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors.
Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain department 5S requirements.
  • Drive improvements in maintenance planning, scheduling efficiency, and equipment uptime.
  • Monitor KPIs such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
  • Work with Buyer and Maintenance Personnel to set up spare parts into inventory.
  • Keep track of all machine and machine.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Must be computer literate. Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in technical field preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication skills, written and oral.
  • Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team setting to support maintenance activities.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
