Maintenance Supervisor

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC
. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance personnel and equipment reliability initiatives to support continuous manufacturing operations.

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement strategies.
• Support maintenance budgeting, inventory management, and resource planning.
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Experience utilizing CMMS software and maintenance planning processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000/year (USD)
