Act as the senior maintenance presence on the assigned shift, providing technical leadership and support to the maintenance team with advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis of complex equipment issues.;
Prioritize and assign maintenance work based on production needs, equipment criticality, and urgency.;
Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshooting activities to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions.;
Mentor, coach, and support the onboarding, training, and development of maintenance technicians to strengthen technical capabilities and improve overall team effectiveness.;
Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) tasks are completed on schedule and meet required quality standards.
