As one of our Install Coordinators
, you’ll help keep things running smoothly from the moment a customer signs their install contract all the way up to the finished product (which in this case is a new HVAC system!). You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes making sure all the puzzle pieces fit together.
- Build out job packets and ensure our HVAC install teams have what they need to succeed.
- Process customer payments quickly and accurately.
- Schedule and oversee the HVAC and Electrical permitting and inspection process for each install job.
- Submit rebate paperwork tied to HVAC installations.
- Work closely with accounting and our install coordination manager to confirm rebates, invoices, and equipment registrations are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
- Answer phones with a friendly and professional attitude, helping our customers feel heard and cared for.
- 1-2 years of invoicing and/or payment processing experience.
- Friendly, organized, and ready to be part of a team.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping things on track.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about providing great customer service—both inside the office and to our customers.
