EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance and Systems Specialist to monitor BMS and CMMS, respond to alarms, and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance across sites.
You will work with the Maintenance Manager, Crew Lead, customers, and vendors to keep equipment operating to client specifications. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in facility maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and BMS/controls experience.
