Public Services Technician-Traffic

* Makes and installing traffic signs

* Maintains inventory of parts and sign material and marking materials

* Applies pavement marking materials

* Assists during construction projects in implementing traffic detours

* Assists other City departments during special events such as Apple Blossom with traffic control

* Responds to urgent traffic related calls whenever necessary

* Assists with maintaining traffic signals

* Performs snow removal operations, i.e., chemical spreading, plowing, shoveling, scraping, etc.

Education and/or

Experience:

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of the ninth-grade.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Possession of a valid driver's license.
