Position: Custodian - Head
Job : 5789489
Location: Frederick County Public Schools, Admiral Richard
E. Byrd Middle School, Winchester, Virginia
Starting Date: Immediately, effective for the school year
Assignment: Full-time, 12 months, 245 days
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $38,847 to $63,916 per year
Qualifications- High school graduate/GED or equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
- Ability to plan and supervise the work of others; experience as head custodian or other leadership role in a cleaning/housekeeping operation preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Considerable janitorial and grounds maintenance experience; experience as a semi-skilled handyman preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment, and ability to use them economically and efficiently; ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions; ability to get along well with others.
Pay Rate: Custodian Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
