Housekeeper​/Floor Crew - Second Shift

Overview

The housekeeper/floor crew performs a wide variety of cleaning tasks from housekeeping to floor care, including between case surgical cleaning. Provides housekeeping support to patient care area, surgical areas, physician areas, office and administrative suites. Maintains a clean, safe environment for staff, customers, visitors, and patients. Ensures comprehensive cleaning as prescribed by department and in accordance with regulatory practices and procedures.

Maintains stock and supplies. Provides other support to the department as needed.

• Provide housekeeping support to patient care areas, surgical areas, physician areas, offices and administrative suites.
• Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including housekeeping and floor care, and between case surgical cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for staff, customers, visitors, and patients.
• Ensure cleaning is conducted as prescribed by department and in accordance with regulatory practices and procedures.
• Maintain stock and supplies and provide other departmental support as needed.

Pay Range $17.00 - $20.40

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in an institutional setting is preferred.
• Qualifications: Ability to read and write and follow oral and written instruction and established procedures. Must possess a positive attitude and display excellent customer interactions. Must have exemplary personal hygiene and appearance.
