We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things done.

This isn't a desk job, and no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who is willing to jump in wherever needed and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Responsibilities will vary from day to day and may include:

• Pickups and deliveries
• Running errands
• Property inspections
• Troubleshooting equipment and minor issues
• Light handyman tasks and basic repairs
• Cleaning and organizing garages, storage areas, and work spaces
• Taking out trash and helping maintain properties
• Moving furniture, supplies, and equipment
• Assisting with office and operational projects
• Working with vendors and contractors as needed
• Other duties as they arise

• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude and willing to help wherever needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day

• Likes variety instead of doing the same thing every day.
• Doesn't mind getting dirty or working outdoors when needed.
• Takes pride in being the person others can count on.
• Enjoys figuring things out and finding practical solutions.
• Is comfortable working independently and managing their own time.
