Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall orderliness of the building and grounds.

• Repairs & Upkeep: Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as filter changes, plumbing fixes, and carpentry work.

• Equipment Management: Properly manage and maintain tools and equipment used for repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and team members, ensuring a compassionate and helpful atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Has a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Possesses some basic knowledge or experience in maintenance (preferred).
• Has previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), though this is not required.
• Is eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.
