Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working condition;
Filter fryer oil daily;
Maintain outside grounds;
Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stockrooms and restrooms;
Unload delivery trucks approximately twice per week;
Remove trash and empty trash compactor;
Replace light bulbs;
Clean HVAC and exhaust units;
Remove debris from the roof;
Follow workplace safety and food safety procedures
