About the Job
We are hiring an Auto Mechanic for our busy general repair shop. Variety is the name of the game. One hour you are doing a brake job, the next you are chasing an electrical gremlin. If you like solving problems and fixing things right the first time, you will fit in here.
Daily Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics on engine, transmission, and electrical issues
- Replace brakes, rotors, suspension components, and exhaust parts
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and safety inspections
- Use OBD-II scanners and diagnostic software
- Recommend repairs and explain options to customers
- Test drive vehicles to verify completed repairs
- Keep a clean, organized work area
- Hands‑on experience as an auto mechanic
- Solid mechanical knowledge across systems
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and basic welding
- Good communicator who can explain repairs in plain language
- Licensed technician required
- Steady volume of work

Pay: $38.00-$43.00 per hour
