Maintenance Supervisor

Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our food manufacturing clients in Windsor, ON.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday morning shift. Direct Hire.

• Lead, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation‑related issues in collaboration with maintenance technicians and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory within the CMMS system.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, training, and mentorship to maintenance personnel.
• Partner closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and support operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.

• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within a unionized manufacturing setting.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred;
  Millwright, Electrician, or related skilled trade certification is considered a robust asset.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proven success implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and operational excellence.
