Maintenance​/Cleaning Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

At Main Event, our Technicians are responsible for maintaining the FUN! As a Technician, you are knowledgeable on the mechanics and operations of our games and entertainment options, and ensure they are performing properly and safely. You support the maintenance of the center’s equipment, building, and systems and are dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests, acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and other equipment.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility.

• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• General knowledge of repairing and maintaining automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
• Skills in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools and ability to use them safely.
• Ability to work on ladders and handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledgeable in OSHA regulations and safety practices; able to wear and work in personal protective equipment.
• Effective communication with management, teammates, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
