Richmark Property Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. You will maintain all physical and mechanical aspects of the property and ensure systems function properly throughout the community.
Responsibilities include planning daily tasks with the Community Manager, completing preventative maintenance, and managing work orders via our software. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with trade certification preferred.
