We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the reliability, maintenance, and safety of all electrical and instrumentation systems across the processing facility, ensuring optimal performance of critical plant equipment and automation systems. The role is based at Thacker Pass and reports to the Maintenance Superintendent. Occasional travel to other LAC offices, project sites, or vendor locations may be required.

• Leads all maintenance activities with a strong safety-first mindset, ensuring strict compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations along with site specific safety standards; actively identifies and mitigates observed hazards, conducts regular safety inspections and toolbox talks, and fosters a culture where safe work practices and personal accountability are non-negotiable. Champions site safety standards, promotes open communication with in-group and leads by example.
• Lead and mentor E&I technicians, including daily work assignments, scheduling, and performance management
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and process control systems to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture
• Coordinate and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
• Support capital projects, system upgrades, and commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation systems
• Manage E&I budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships
• Maintain reliability and performance of electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, and automation across plant operations
