$1000 retention bonus and $750 referral bonus

carry-on trailer is currently offering a $1000 retention bonus for all applicants that are newly hired. The bonus will be paid in three installments after completion of 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.

responsible for loading trailers onto trucks for shipping

• the ability to work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• ability to understand diagrams for how trailers will be stacked for shipment
• strong communication skills to communicate with forklift drivers as trailers are stacked
• perform other duties as assigned
• ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• follow all company rules and policies.
• follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• uphold all osha standards applicable to the responsibilities above.

the work environment characteristics could be, but are not limited to: the employee will be standing for most of the workday. The employee will be spending most of their workday outside in each of the elements; hot, cold, rain, snow, etc. The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts.
