The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for processing member reimbursements, LAP reimbursements, staff reimbursements, and customer refunds, operating within established routines and standing instructions.
The Accounts Payable Associate Is Responsible For- Daily processing of member reimbursements, LAP reimbursements, staff reimbursements, and customer refunds.
- Operating within established routines and standing instructions.
- Proficient in leadership competencies related to leading self.
- Assign account codes and check for accuracy and proper approval of reimbursements to be paid.
- Enter and process reimbursements/invoices resulting in the generation of checks and ACH payments, including bank information for payees.
- Mail checks within defined CAP policies.
- Set up and maintain a filing system on an annual basis.
- Weekly filing.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Accounts Payable.
- Back-up personnel in absence of the Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Backup processing of PT invoices, as needed.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred.
- High school graduate.
- Associate degree preferred.
- At least 1 year in an office environment, preferably with a background in accounts payable.
To be considered for this position, you must reside within 75-miles of the Northfield, IL office and meet the in-office requirements.
Salary$24.00 - $30.00 hourly
