- Must have either a current Professional Educator’s License (PEL), Substitute License, or ELS (PARA).
- Prefer previous experience with children/students.
- Ability to visually supervise students and assess situations for safety concerns.
- Ability to perform assigned duties with a minimum of direction.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions regarding the safety and welfare of students.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.
- Clearance of FBI Background check required.
- Physical Exam within last year of hire date.
Hourly rate: $21.30/hour for the school year.
