Financial Solutions Advisor Registration - Winnetka, IL

We are hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) to acquire Securities Industry licenses and develop client relationships. The role involves obtaining and maintaining the necessary licenses, providing financial advisory services, and delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.

• Complete Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 exams within the required time frames.
• Build, manage, and nurture client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial advice.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to provide holistic solutions to clients.
• Participate in Academy training and coaching programs designed to accelerate skill development.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with background check requirements.

• Ability to obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66).
• Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
• Experience in client relationship cultivation and needs assessment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and results‑driven mindset.
• Tech‑savvy and willing to learn new applications.

• Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) holder.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial services experience.
• Previous sales or financial services background.
• Skills in client management, referral identification, risk management, and portfolio management.

Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.

Hourly pay range $28.85 – $33.65, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary only; no incentive compensation.

Position will be based at a financial center in the United States of America. Training will occur at a designated center, and the role may start in a phone‑based capacity until a suitable location is identified.
