Restaurant Server

Aaltos Restaurant is hiring experienced Servers to join our professional, respectful, and team-oriented environment.

We are a hotel restaurant offering buffet-style service, along with à la carte menu options. This role is ideal for individuals who value structure, clear standards, teamwork, and consistent service quality.

This position requires more than just serving tables. We are looking for team members who understand that cleanliness, standards, punctuality, communication, and guest service are all equally important parts of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering consistent and attentive customer service
• Assisting guests with buffet and menu options
• Completing cleaning and side duties during and after shifts
• Following all service, hygiene, and operational standards
• Communicating proactively if issues arise during a shift
• Supporting the team during busy periods

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of serving experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow company service and hygiene standards
• Punctuality and respect for schedules
• Confident using POS systems and handling payments
• Friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude
