- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Draw up production schedules
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Screening questions

- Do you have experience working in this field? Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years Support for newcomers and refugees
- Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.) Support for Indigenous people
- Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Supports for visible minorities
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.)
