Food Service Supervisor

Employer: Sharmaji Sweet House and Restaurant

Location: Winnipeg, MB R2X 2K6, On site

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week

Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

Salary: $30.16 per hour

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Establish work schedules.

• Education:
  
  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience:
  
  7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience supervising kitchen and food service helpers.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
