The scopeofthe jobincludesdiagnosis,troubleshooting,andwritingdetailedstoriesfordocumentationpurposesinadditionto the physical work done on the truck.

• Provides technical services to vehicles and equipment.
• Readsjob orderandobservesandlistenstovehiclesin operation to resolvemalfunctionsand plan work procedures.
• Follows checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined.
• Coordinateswithwarrantyadministratorstoensuremaximumprofitrecapture,includingansweringquestionsafterrepairandtaggingwarrantypartsforreturn.
• Adherestomanufacturer'spoliciesandproceduresastheyrelatetolaboroperations,time,andrepair order documentation.
• Maintainsdesignatedworkspaceinanorganizedandcleanmanner.
• Completesallworkaccording totheapplicablesafety requirementsandpublishedprocedures.
• Properly completes all work assigned by service manager/advisor and test drives vehicles to verify that issues are fixed.
• Participates in technical training assignedbymanagement.
• Ensures customervehiclesare returned at thesamelevelofcleanlinesspriorto being serviced.
• Makeseveryefforttoachieveproductionobjectivessetbymanagement.
• Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks and adjustsas needed
• Developsandmaintainsfriendlyandcourteousrelationshipswithcustomers,visitors,and coworkers

• High School Diplomaor GED
• 1+years Fleet or Dealership experience
• Possess own tools

• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
• Customer service skills to ensure friendly and professional interactions with customers

• Honest,dependable,organized&resourceful
• Mustbeself-motivated and professional
• Dedicationtoteamworkandcollaboration
