* Position Overview:

* Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support a property in Winooski, VT. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on maintenance skills and a strong attention to detail. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of basic repairs and upkeep tasks to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Perform basic maintenance tasks including unclogging toilets, fixing minor sink leaks, and addressing general plumbing issues
+ Conduct minor appliance repairs
+ Complete painting and touch-up work as needed
+ Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues in a timely manner
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
+ Communicate effectively with management and follow work orders as assigned

* Qualifications:
*
* + Previous maintenance experience required
+ Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
+ Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
