We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Independent Cleaning Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial cleaning and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various client locations. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload while delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.

Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and upholstery cleaning.

Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring that all cleaning materials are properly maintained and restocked.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and supplies used.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various client locations.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment.
