Island Spas and Pools is actively seeking qualified candidates for expansion and growth. We are hiring for the following full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions to meet increasing demand in the Brunswick County/Wilmington area:

• Swimming Pool Maintenance Technicians
• Engineers
• Sales Team Members

Are you committed, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic? Do you have a clean driving record and a current driver’s license? Can you communicate effectively with clients and the main office? Successful candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrating good decision-making, organization, and troubleshooting skills. Personal and professional integrity, along with strong oral, written, and customer relations skills, are essential.

These positions are full-time and seasonal, with opportunities for growth. Compensation ranges from $10 to $20 per hour, with benefits including life insurance, 401(k), and year-end bonuses. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).

Responsible for all aspects of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and basic repairs. Requires solid knowledge of pool operations to analyze and resolve problems. Prior industry experience or CPO (Certified Pool Operator) training is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Must have electrical and technical knowledge of small and large motor replacement and repair. Ability to identify leaks and malfunctions in commercial/residential pools and hot tubs. Troubleshoot equipment issues, including maintenance, chemical, mechanical, and pool components. Safety consciousness is essential.

Must have a driven personality and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and customer relation skills are required. Prior experience in pool and hot tub sales and service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Opportunities include selling hot tubs, pool supplies, chemicals, and maintenance contracts, with excellent commissions and renewals.
