Dollar General - - - Responsibilities:
Respond to field-based maintenance tickets at assigned Dollar General locations and resolve entry-level issues.;
Perform preventative maintenance and assess safety equipment, educating store leaders on best practices.;
Troubleshoot on-site issues and document asset information for service projects using CMMS.;
Travel to stores within the operating district to perform repairs and support entry-level maintenance activities.;
Document tickets and complete checklists within designated time frames; provide on-site training as needed.
