Volvo Cars Winston‑Salem is seeking a Detail Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our detailing department in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. As a Detail Manager, you will oversee the detailing operations, ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will manage a team, coordinate schedules, and maintain inventory, all while providing excellent customer service.

• Oversee the daily operations of the detailing department
• Manage and train detailing staff
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to company standards
• Coordinate schedules and manage inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
