You’ll perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, support make-ready processes, and help keep common areas and units in top condition.
This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards including Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
