We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the way at Episcopal Catholic a vibrant community of 199 apartment homes. You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our property in top condition — safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming for every resident.

- Lead, motivate, and support your maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
- Take ownership of the day‑to‑day maintenance of our apartment homes and community spaces.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, and more.
- Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours
, with care and attention to detail. - Proactively handle preventive maintenance to avoid surprises and costly repairs.
- Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal — pressure washing, debris removal, and more.
- Maintain inventory
, track expenses, and stay ahead of maintenance needs. - Rotate on‑call duties and assist with weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
- Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and SPM procedures.
- Be a partner and problem solver — working closely with residents, vendors, and office staff to keep everything running smoothly.
- At least 3 years of property maintenance experience (supervisory or lead tech experience a plus)
- EPA HVAC Certification (required)
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenance
- Leadership mindset with great communication and team‑building skills
- High standards for quality, safety, and customer service
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
