Qualifications & Experience What You'll Do Maintenance & Repairs- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting, electrical fixtures, doors, hardware, furniture, appliances, and other facility equipment.
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and general building repairs.
- Assist with basic plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
- Accurately document work orders and maintenance activities in our CMMS.
- Inspect building systems and proactively identify opportunities to prevent future issues.
- Help with office moves, room setups, event support, and day-to-day facility logistics.
- Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and equipment performance as needed.
- Follow OSHA regulations, building codes, and company safety standards.
- Respond to facility emergencies, including leaks, equipment failures, and alarms.
- Support fire/life safety inspections, drills, and equipment testing.
- Deliver friendly, responsive, and professional service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Build positive relationships by providing timely solutions and excellent communication.
- 2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or general maintenance.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and diagnostic equipment.
- Comfortable reading technical manuals, diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Experience with CMMS/work order systems is a plus.
- Full-time, on-site position.
