Each morning, you’ll check your schedule on our app to see your route and tasks for the day. You’ll clean homes across Polk County, maintaining high-quality standards while respecting each client’s space. Your day includes washing towels, keeping equipment clean, and restocking supplies on Fridays at the office. Most jobs are within 30 minutes of our Winter Haven base, and you’ll start directly at your first house.

The work is physically active—expect to be on your feet and moving for up to 8 hours.

Unlike jobs with unpredictable hours or weekend shifts, we offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no nights or weekends. Our team values a respectful, drama-free environment where reliability and quality work are recognized and rewarded. Hard work translates directly into pay, with top rates available after 60 days. Plus, we provide paid time off starting day one and major holidays off.

• $20–$25 per hour, with $14 during training
• Average weekly earnings $600–$800
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Paid time off from day one, plus holidays and birthday off after one year
