• Cleaning resident apartments
• Cleaning and maintaining community common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Cleaning resident bathrooms and kitchens
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Restocking housekeeping supplies
• Maintaining housekeeping carts and equipment
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance concerns and safety hazards
• Providing friendly and professional customer service to residents and guests

Additional experience is a plus:

• Floor care
• Carpet cleaning

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the workday

Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check

Ability to pass a drug screen
