Experienced Residential Cleaners (1099 Contractor) - PT
Description: Are you an experienced residential cleaner looking for flexible, high-paying work? We’re a fast-growing cleaning company that operates remotely, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors (1099).
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality cleaning jobs at homes or apartments in Northeast Orlando and Seminole County areas
- Accept jobs that fit your availability (weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, etc.)
- Communicate with our remote office team for job details and updates
- Get paid weekly as a 1099 contractor
- Flexible scheduling
- Competitive pay rates (based on job size and complexity)
- Support from a remote team – we handle the clients, you focus on cleaning
- Opportunity for long-term work and client referrals
- Must have at least 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
- Own transportation and cleaning equipment
- Legal authorization to work as an independent contractor (1099)
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
