Floor Sanding & Refinishing Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Floor Sanding & Refinishing Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hands-on skills in wood floor restoration and finishing. No extensive experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Sand wood floors to remove imperfections and create smooth surfaces
• Hand-sand edges, corners, and tight areas that machines cannot reach
• Clean and prepare floors by buffing and vacuuming prior to finishing
• Apply finishes such as varnish or polyurethane to protect wood surfaces
• Assist with the maintenance and basic care of sanding equipment
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Inspect completed work and touch up areas as needed to ensure quality results
