Housekeeping

Community Horizons is assisting a local member in seeking a dependable, caring housekeeper to assist with weekly home upkeep. This position is5 hours per week
, with the member preferring
all 5 hours to be completed on the same day
. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a private home.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
• Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
• Organization and tidying
• Laundry support as needed
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
• Grocery Shopping

Preferred Qualities

• Dependable and punctual
• Kind, patient, and respectful
• Able to work the full 5‑hour shift on the same day each week
• Experience in housekeeping or home care is helpful but not required

Schedule & Hours

• 5 hours per week
• All hours completed on the same day
  (day can be discussed during interview)
• Mileage reimbursement
• $16.32/Hour

There is no money exchanged in the home. All payroll is handled by a third‑party fiscal agent.
