Three Pillars Senior Living Communities - :
--0 [Maintenance Mechanic] As a Maintenance Technician at Three Pillars, you'll:
Be responsible for the completion of all work requests/orders assigned;
Repair and replace items throughout the campus such as blocked drains, faucets, light fixtures, etc;
Perform construction and renovation tasks;
Maintain records of all repair work completed computerized maintenance management system (CMMS);
Ensure machinery and equipment are in proper working order;
Assist in coordinating outside vendor services including project outlines, drawings, quotes, work schedules and job closeouts.
